1. The service
AIStudio lets you upload content and schedule it for automatic publishing to social media accounts you own or are authorized to manage. You are responsible for the content you publish and for having the rights to publish it.
2. Your accounts
You must keep your login credentials secure. When you connect an Instagram professional account, you authorize AIStudio to publish the posts you schedule on your behalf. You may disconnect at any time from your dashboard.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use AIStudio to publish unlawful, infringing, or abusive content, or to violate the terms or policies of any connected platform, including Meta's Platform Terms and the Instagram Community Guidelines. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
4. Third-party platforms
Publishing depends on third-party APIs (such as the Instagram Graph API). We are not responsible for changes, outages, or rate limits imposed by those platforms that affect publishing.
5. Data
Our handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Disclaimer & liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, AIStudio is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
